Among Sultan's objectives, the most felt is to be recognized as the specialists in the realization of complex orders in the high-end sector (ships and mega yachts), through the improvement of company competitiveness, customer satisfaction, the involvement of collaborators and the creation of a strong partnership with suppliers.
The reference markets, in addition to the domestic one, are the United States, Germany and Great Britain, with the aim of also presiding over new emerging markets.
Sultan has an agile and streamlined structure characterized by skills able to manage and follow the customer in all his needs: pre-sales, research and development, technical and design office, operational personnel on board the ship, to find the most suitable solution both from the point of view of productivity and budget optimization.
Constant and continuous training for employees and collaborators is one of Sultan's strengths.
The company has developed an occupational safety plan that has brought accidents to zero in two years. The constant control over the use of PPE, the procedures for using the equipment and compliance with the construction site rules, has led to excellent results.
After taking the courses for internal RSPP and RLS and completing the training cycle with courses for firefighters, first aid and forklift operators, Sultan has drawn up a training plan on business risks in collaboration with the safety office of Fincantieri Monfalcone.
All employees are expected to attend an internal training course, completed by a learning exam.
A usage procedure has been drawn up for each piece of equipment. All employees are equipped with a safety bag with helmet, hat with protective cap, lumbar brace, ear muffs, safety shoes and identification clothing.
