The SEEDS project involves the design and development of a new organizational system aimed at simplifying, streamlining and digitizing internal processes. The innovation of the project is placed in the perspective of Transition 4.0 and will consist in the development of a digital system that will provide a concrete solution to streamline the management of orders. The Project aims to act on business processes and on the exchange of information between administration, employees and collaborators in order to simplify and centralize the control and dialogue between all the figures involved, consequently increasing effectiveness and productivity.
The system will allow the uploading and storage of all documents relating to each order in a database of data (photos, videos, technical documentation, work progress, etc.) which can be consulted and analyzed in real time by all the resources involved in the Project Shop assistant. Personnel administration will be considerably simplified thanks to the more efficient management of attendance, signatures and the instrumental equipment and equipment of the personnel, keeping safety in the workplace as a focus, making the employee more responsible and facilitating control and methods of supplying.
A substantial reduction in expenses and an optimization of time is foreseen together with the simplification of document and communication management which will entail a centralization of all useful resources. The project will draw on the advice of industry experts in all project phases of requirements analysis, design, creation and testing of the tool. At the same time, an internal process of dematerialization of the documents and previous orders will be planned in order to have a series of historical data to initially test the platform and to be able to carry out comparative analyzes with subsequent orders. At the corporate organizational level, we will move towards a more agile, flexible and collaborative structure. The use of digitization allows the "dematerialization" of deeds and documents with consequent savings in costs, space and time.
The possibility of having a large amount of data in digital format opens the way to all those that are identified with the name of enabling technologies promoted among other things by the government in the Transition 4.0 plan. Analysis and reports of the collected data allow an in-depth investigation of the processes, identifying inefficiencies, problems and allowing them to be solved quickly and effectively. What will follow will be an increase in the company's competitiveness by aligning itself with the most competitive trends in the market.
